Do you do inside windows too?
Yes, we do both inside window washing and outside window washing. Our crews are very careful when they go inside because we know this is your home and we treat it with the care and respect it deserves. We strive to provide our clients with the best, most professional experience as possible.
What’s all included when you wash my windows?
If you’ve scheduled us to wash the inside and outside of the windows, we not only wash the windows, but we will also wipe off the screens and wipe out the windowsills. On the other hand, if you just want the outsides done, this means we will be washing just the outside facing windows.
I have an older home that has storm windows. Are you able to clean storm windows?
Yes, we can. Storm windows are considered harder to wash than normal windows because they require removal, cleaning on both sides of the windows and careful reinstallation. They commonly feature multiple glass panes and screens per window that are all removed and cleaned. Because these windows are more of a task to clean compared to normal windows, the cost is usually a bit higher but they will be sparkling like new when we’re finished!
I have some windows that are three stories high. Do you provide high window cleaning services?
Yes, we do. Safety is a top priority for us, so we are equipped with the right equipment needed in order for our team to safely clean windows of any height.
What if I just want help with a few hard-to-reach windows?
We can do that too. We do have a minimum $95 service charge. Depending on your home, it may end up being more cost effective to have everything done. Do I need to be home for an estimate?
When we bid a job, we can see everything we need from the outside, so you don’t have to be there. Also, our instant quote system allows you to get a free estimate online. If you do have some special concerns and want to discuss it together, just give us a call and we can get a time set up.
Do you offer any discounts?
We may be able to offer discounts depending on how flexible you can be with scheduling and if you want your windows cleaned more than twice a year. Reach out to us so we can discuss potential discounts you can get!
What if it rains?
At first, it may seem a little counter-intuitive, but we prefer to keep working. The great thing about clean windows is that once they have been cleaned professionally, they stay clean for a long time. Once your windows have been cleaned well, rainwater will usually just roll right off of a window. If the weather is really severe, we will work around it, but for the most part, a little rain doesn’t bother us.
Do you work through the winter?
Yes, we do. We bundle up and try to work on the warmest days of each week. We have several commercial routes and jobs that are done year-round.
