Miller Window Service is a family run business and has been providing superior window cleaning services to residential and commercial customers since 1994 in the Cedar Falls, Iowa Falls and Waterloo areas.

OUR TEAM

 

Seth & Kristi Miller

Seth and Kristi live in the area. They have two kids who for years have helped out with window washing. They enjoy spending as much time as they can together as a family and with friends. Miller Window Service was started by Seth’s father in 1994, and Seth took over in 1996. In the beginning, they washed many of the windows themselves. However, as their business grew they decided to hire additional people. Their business and relationship with their employees is very unique. Over the years they have had different people working for them, but they have always considered their employees to be their close friends first and then employees. They are still actively involved in their business. You may talk to Kristi if you call our office or see Seth out and about on a bid and providing support to team members.

Virginia 

Virginia joined our team at the end of 2023.

 

 

 

 

Ingrid & Ramiro 

Ingrid joined us in the spring of 2015 and since early 2020 she and her husband Ramiro have worked together. They are natives of Mexico and El Salvador, but have lived in Waterloo with their family for many years. If you’re a business owner in Cedar Falls or Waverly, you’ll see this sweet couple washing your windows. In addition to their weekly routes of local businesses and restaurants, they also do some of our larger businesses and homes all over the Cedar Valley. We’re sure that you’ll love them just as much as we do!

Alex

Alex takes care of our business routes in and around Grundy Center, Parkersburg and Traer as well as in Iowa Falls, Hampton and and Ackley. He recently graduated high-school. In addition to taking care of our small town routes, he teams up with Dan or Seth on some commercial and residential jobs.

 

 

Eric & Aquiel (picture of Aquiel coming soon!)

Eric joined our team in 2019 and we’re so happy to have him!  In spring of 2020 his wife, Aquiel began working with him as well. Though they are newer to our team, they aren’t new to hard work. He’s done everything from maintenance work to IT and Aquiel has done janitorial work for years in the Cedar Valley too. He grew up in rural Iowa northeast of Waterloo; but has lived in California and Colorado as well. After the recession in 2008, he moved back in Iowa and has been the area ever since. They take care of many of our larger clients together with our largest water-fed pole system.

 Dan & Monique

Dan and Monique live in Waterloo with their family. Dan joined our team in summer of 2020 and has proved to be a great team member for us. Monique began working with him in 2023. In addition to residential window washing, Dan also takes care of many of our larger commercial and industrial window washing jobs. We are so thankful to have them with us and we think you’ll appreciate them as much as we do when you get the chance to meet this team.

 Bianca

Bianca lives in Waterloo with her family. She works with us mainly during the busy summer months. She takes care of some of our businesses in Waterloo and Cedar Falls so that some of our other teams can focus more on larger jobs and homes.
