Do you do inside windows too?

Yes, we do inside and outside windows. Our crews are very careful when they go inside. We know this is your home and we treat it with the care and respect it deserves.

What’s all included when you wash my windows?

If you’ve scheduled us to wash the inside and outside of the windows, we not only wash the windows, but we will also wipe off the screens and wipe out the window sills. On the other hand if you just want the outsides done, this means we will be washing just the outside facing windows.

I have an older home that has storm windows, can you do those?

Yes we can. These windows do involve a lot more work to clean all surfaces, so the cost is usually a bit higher.

I have some windows that are three stories high, can you do those?

Yes we can. Safety is a priority for us, so we’ve acquired the right equipment that allows us to safely reach windows of that height.

What if I just want help with a few hard to reach windows?

Do I need to be home for an estimate?

When we bid a job we can see everything we need from the outside, so you don’t have to be there.  Also, our instant quote system allows you to get a free estimate online. If you do have some special concerns and want to discuss it together, just give us a call and we can get a time set up.

Do you offer any discounts?

We may be able to offer discounts depending on how flexible you can be with scheduling and if you  want  your windows cleaned more than twice a year.

What if it rains?

At first it may seem a little counter-intuitive, but we prefer to keep working. The great thing about clean windows is that once they have been cleaned professionally, they stay clean for a long time. Once your windows have been cleaned well, rainwater will usually just roll right off of a window. If the weather is really severe, we will work around it, but for the most part a little rain doesn’t bother us.

Do you work through the winter?

Yes we do. We bundle up and try to work on the warmest days of each week. We have several commercial routes and jobs that are done year round.

Are you insured?

Yes, we work for several national and international companies and carry policies that meet their insurance requirements.
